Hope all is well everyone's way!  I'm stoked about being part of a first annual outdoor event this weekend. If you're in the area, come check it out...here's some info.

Kingdom Quest - Labor Day, September 5

I'm excited about being a part of the first annual all day event focused on youth. It's taking place outside at a farm in Limestone, TN from 10:00am until 6:00pm and will be headlined by Big Daddy Weave.  Other bands that will be playing are Crossed Out, the Sean Currier Band, Crismson Truth, London Rose and the Ground Zero praise band.  Get more info at

Kingdom-quest.org.

I'm scheduled to play at 2:15pm, but come out for the whole day.  There's going to be great music, a free hot & drink for everyone and admission for the even is free.  Bring a blanket and come hang out with us on the farm!

Alright, I'm breaking the silence!  Sorry it's been been so long since I've dropped some news on this page.  The days of summer have been busy with youth related stuff as well as trying to get out and play some, but it's been good.  As I write, I've still got a little "Carolina in My Mind" after getting to sing and hang out at the Carpenters Cellar in Greenville SC and The Encouraging Cup in Fletcher NC this past weekend.  Thanks to those fine folk for rolling out the welcome mat and brewing up the coffee!

Rock on Cokesbury!!!

Cokesbury Bookstore will now be carrying "Carried Along" in their Johnson City store located at 2615 South Roan Street, Suite 102 Johnson City, TN  37601  (Phone: 423-975-0800).  CD's will be in the store by the first of next week.  Thanks to Jan Butler and Cokesbury of Johnson City for making my CD available at their location!

WVCP-FM 88.5 Radio at Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, TN has added "Everywhere I Go" & "Blackberries" to their Contemporary Christian playlist which airs between 6:00am & 12:00pm central time every Sunday.  If you're in their listening area, be sure and check it out.  If you're outside of their sound waves, WVCP is now web streaming so click on their link and listen in from the web.  A big thanks to Vol State Radio for adding the songs to their playlist!

Benefit Concert in Johnson City, TN added for this weekend!!!

This Saturday, May 21 I'm going to be playing a benefit show for Unicoi UMC. The music will start at 7:00PM and will be at the "Fatted Calf" (located in the Wesley Foundation Building) on the campus of East Tennessee State University.  There will be no charge, but donations will be accepted and there will also be baked goods, etc for sale. The proceeds of this event will help fund Unicoi UMC's Mission Trip to Mexico this summer. Some friends will be playing with me, so we'll have a full band and it should be a lot of fun.  I hope that everyone will come out and support the good folk from Unicoi UMC and their mission efforts.  If you need more info, please contact Unicoi UMC.

People, sorry it's been so long on sliding in here for a shout.  Things have been busy over the last month, but it's really been cool stuff to get out and play several different spots during that time....connecting with some new friends in North & South Carolina as well as Virginia & Tennessee has been a good thing.  I appreciate those folk throwing down the welcome mat! I've slung some pictures from the CD Release Concert up on the Photos page so be sure and check 'em out.   More pics will be up soon!

iTunes!

All songs from the new CD Carried Along are now available for download on iTunes.  If you don't already have iTunes, you can go here to download it.
